This movie was awesome!! Not only was it very creative but different then any other horror movie I have ever seen. I love the fact you can pick what happens. All the actors did a wonderful job. Its one of the best independent films I have ever seen. I love horror movies and for once i actually did jump and was surprised. Normally horror movies don't make me jump. I think everyone should see this horror movie and when they watch it they will also fall in love with this unique and awesome movie like I did.

So my buddy Brian brings over the movie he picked up from you at HORRORHOUND last week. He pops it in my dvd player, and within the first 20 minutes I knew this was something FRESH! First off, getting Savini to appear was pretty cool but it was by NO means the highlight of this movie. Which is GREAT, because ALOT of the stuff he appears in now pretty much sucks and the only draw is that "Tom Savini is in our movie". :) The Effects were top notch considering I'm sure the budget wasn't HUGE for this feature. There was enough gore to please a devoted gorehound like myself. When it came to the "choose your own adventure" parts, I was tickled with excitement.(ok, maybe not tickled, but having fun) It was truly good fun and I hope to see other features from you guys in the future. We ended up watching all of the shorts that were included in the extras as well. The things that go bump in the night being our favorite. The zombie one was pretty cool also. A feature of that one would most likely kick ass as well. Having completed 3 feature films ourselves, it is nice to see people actually still making GOOD horror flicks these days. Keep up the GREAT work and we'll hopefully be seeing you guys at a convention soon.

I attended the first day of HorrorHound Weekend of March 2008 and I was approached by Tony. He modestly began to describe his movie and what it was about. I being an aspiring film maker myself could empathize with Tony and he was pitching his movie as I probably would to someone. Tony had mentioned that Savini was featured in his film, but I was even more intrigued to find out that the effects artists were students of Tom Savini. I took the gamble and handed my money to Tony. The following is a review of the directors cut as I have not yet had a chance to play with the choose your own adventure version of the film. Also, I felt it would be the best way to give the film an adequate review. I look forward to watching this film again with this innovative new feature.

This film is by far the best truly independent horror film that I have seen in quite a few years. It really is a lot like those classic genre films that we love like Creepshow, Evil Dead, and Night of the Demons. The special effects are top notch for a film of this quality the special effects team did not let Savini down on this film. Tony did a fantastic job directing this film and shows that even though this is a first for him he has many layers of experience already. I foresee Tony following in the footsteps of George Romero, Lucio Fulci, Lloyd Kaufman, and Dave Parker. I look forward to seeing what these guys do next!

Hey all at Scotchworthy. I just got finished watching "It's My Party and I'll Die if I Want To" for the 5th time. I really enjoyed this movie, as it was a fun watch. It's got a lot of different things going on with subtle comedy along with up in your face gore. The editing and scene transition was delightful and origional. Also, the script was written and delievered quite well. Sarcasm and comedy are all over this movie and yet it still was scary at times. It seemed the director got the most out of his actors. I look forward to seeing your future projects as I can imagine they would be just as enjoyable.

I picked up a copy of "It's my party.." at the Fangoria convention this past weekend, and loved it. Here is my review. "This movie has it all. It's got a haunted house, ghosts, a zombie-like demon monster, lots of blood, great killing scenes, references to other great horror movies, underage partying, tits, a good story, Tom Savini, a nude shower scene with more tits, and a martial arts montage scene. What more can you ask for?" Thanks for recommending this to me. Aside from getting my picture taken with Betsy Palmer, this DVD was one of the best things I walked away with that weekend. And a special thanks for the free It's my party... poster, It's already hanging on my wall.

I just finished watching it's my party and dude, I loved it. It was really a fun time, and the choose your own adventure aspect really added to the enjoyment. I absolutely loved it where she was like "this is so cliche", brilliant. and throwing the hair to turn on the music in the fight sequence was a great touch. but i've got to hand it to you guys, the special effects and makeup were astounding. If you don't mind me asking, what was your budget? Did all those effects cost a lot?
